house uffing, germany, 2022. renovation and conversion of an existing mixed-use building in timber construction. the existing columns and beams set the pace during the planning phase and now divide the kitchen, dining and living areas. the fenestration is derived from these functions and contributes significantly to the spacious impression of the room. the public area features white, black and wood for the structural elements, while the private area is finished entirely in light-colored wood. architecture / realization: matthias sanktjohanser. furniture with alphabet, analog, dasregal, tektur, kubatur, iku 7b, euklid, kitchen, digital, kontext.
