Mono

Mono a radical reduction of the means focuses the gaze, independent of a formal statement. this is also the case with the monobloc chair by henry massonnet (1972), probably the best-selling chair in the world.

from the greek monos, a word-forming element meaning alone, single. the idea of providing only a single material for a design runs through the history of design and architecture. what is exciting is the resulting range: from the mono-block garden chair to the casa bernasconi by luigi snozzi.

mono is a table with high conciseness and is uniformly made of hpl with 12 mm thickness. with the choice between two different bases, a reduced and at the same time very stable table in rectangular or oval shape is created.
